We just completed our 2nd move with Jerry and his team, and booked them again because we knew we could count on top notch service. Their level of care and attention to detail with unloading our first move into our new home in Denver were above and beyond as they helped us file an insurance claim against a different moving company who’d haphazardly loaded our truck in a different state resulted in a lot of damage to our furniture. Jerry took pictures of everything and his wife/business partner created a detailed report for us to submit to the other company. It was just so comforting and kind in a stressful and emotional moment regarding family furniture that we couldn’t help but take note on what a great level of service RHD provides. So, when it came time for our next move, we obviously knew who to call and they did not disappoint this time around. A) it was just great to catch up with him because he definitely feels like a friend after you work with him, and B) he and his crew did a fantastic job loading up all of our stuff that when we unloaded it in our new home, everything made it unharmed. Even my much-beloved 7-ft tall fiddle leaf fig tree because they packed it in so nicely and made sure it was protected for the long journey (1000 miles). Finding reliable movers is worth its weight in gold so we give them a solid 10/10 and would use and recommend them again and again and again. 🙂

Bravo to Jerry & Heather for all the effort and planning for my move from Denver CO (two-bedroom apartment and storage unit at a different location) to Sarasota FL (a one- bedroom and storage unit at a different location). I considered other moving options, including using Moving Pods with my hiring helpers (cost savings did not outweigh RHD’s one-stop shopping convenience) and Intercoastal Big -Van Movers (red-flags based on my last disastrous move from Denver to NYC).

Jerry is a very experienced relocation specialist. RHD does provides a white glove packing service at a very affordable rate. If you pack your smaller goods yourself like I did, pay the $45 at Home Depot for the extra-large mirror-TVs box if needed, and use lots of good heavy-duty tape. Jerry’s crew blanked and plastic wrapped my larger pieces. Moreover, pay for the better insurance offered with expensive furnishings since accidents could happen. My move went flawlessly; everything arrived in perfect condition including my car.

Jerry and his team helped my wife out of a tough spot after another moving service failed us. They were superheroes that extracted our belongings from a very disorganized warehouse, and did so in less time than originally quoted. The movers were super friendly and talented, and navigated our tricky central staircase with a monster of a couch and managed the miracle of keeping our house undamaged in the process. A great team that redeemed the industry in our eyes. I would highly recommend Reliable Home Delivery!

Heather, Jerry, and their team are nothing short of amazing!! We’ve used them for 5 major moves and every time our expectations have been exceeded by a long shot. Their packing services are top notch, with EVERYTHING wrapped, packed, and labeled with extreme care. They treat our belongings as if they were their own, and they move FAST without compromising great care!

I’ve shopped around quite a bit and found that no other company can beat their pricing – a great value for super-quality service. Most importantly, they are great people – caring, honest as the day is long, very respectful, and super friendly.
